I thought after having 80,000+ miles on my car that I would need new breaks. Midas took it all apart and was honest letting me know I did not need breaks at this time. I would definitely go back again. Their honestly was so refreshing.

This place sucks, I needed to get my A/C fixed so first they did a “diagnose” (that’s like $90) didn’t found anything they just did a “recharge” of the system and filled it up with refrigerant, two weeks later my car is blowing warm air again and the fan is having issues turning on, so I took it to the shop again, (that’s another $90 for the diagnose) now out of nowhere they found a leak, that should’ve be found the first time they did the diagnose because it was located at the compressor line right AT THE FRONT OF THE CAR, now the blower motor and a bunch of cables needs to be replaced, so I agreed (that’s was $800) the day after I picked it up and they told me the blower got fixed so it didn’t need to be replace, I went to a family member that it a certified mechanic and found out that YOU MIDAS broke the cover of the blower and now the air is leaking from that area, I don’t think you was going to tell me that didn’t you? and wanted to charge me $800 more just to replace the line, you are insane

Caleb was a life saver to me yesterday and I cannot be more grateful to him! I was in the area from out of town to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette party and a red warning light came on unexpectedly. Near the close of business, Caleb was kind to interrupt other work to solve the problem and get us back on the road. I wish I could give him 100 star rating and I’ve told everyone how exceptional this Midas location was to help me in a pinch. Truly a great experience and many thanks!!!

Caleb and his team Performed an amazing inspection and repair of my Jeep Wrangler. The repairs were fast, And very thorough. Caleb, the manager was very honest and upfront with the potential cost of the repairs. He was very professional with myself and other customers waiting for service. I would highly recommend Midas on 28th St. in Grand Rapids to anyone looking for maintenance or repair of their vehicle. Five stars.

First time coming here for maintenance and an oil change for my Camry hybrid. Jason let me know that the oil filter cap was broken due it being overtightened by my previous mechanic. He and his team stayed past closing to replace it at no charge. Pricing is very fair otherwise for their other services. I really appreciate the honesty, care, and great customer service here!
